Mascot Sports Set to Make History with the Sold-Out Bay Bridge Half Marathon on Cinco de Mayo in Oakland

Set to make history this Sunday, May 5 with the inaugural Bay Bridge Half Marathon, the first event of its kind to cross the new Bay Bridge. The Bay Bridge Half, winner of the 2019 Run Happy Pitch Fest Presented by Brooks at the Running USA Industry Conference in Puerto Rico, will lead the way as a cupless event and provide runners with reusable SpeedCups designed by Oakland’s HydraPak. The event will also replace bib-affixing safety pins with snap and lock reusable fasteners by the East Bay’s BibBoards.
